Stockwell Lodge

Introduction

Stockwell Lodge and Valley Lodge are our Sheltered Housing Schemes providing individual housing and support needs for people in a sensitive and dignified way, ensuring that they are able to retain their independence, live within a local community, and enjoy as much privacy or company as they desire. Although tenants want to stay independent, they also appreciate the security of living in a scheme where there is regular contact from the sheltered housing manager to help with support needs and on-call services providing 24-hour cover.

All our properties are delightfully situated overlooking very pleasant gardens with access to a range of communal facilities.

Stockwell Lodge is situated in the charming ancient market town of Knaresborough. In the main high street lies the delightful market square with a warren of cobble streets and stone staircases which weave up and down the hill. Built in the gorge of the River Nidd, the picturesque town spills down the riverbank while towering above are the ruins of Knaresborough Castle and the iconic viaduct.
